the telephone interview you will speak with a live Resume Consultant who will
ask many questions about your career goals, employment history, special skills,
qualifications, accomplishments, education, and training. The telephone
consultation generally takes 30-45 minutes. Your successful job search is

After the telephone interview we will begin the résumé development process. An
initial draft of your new résumé and cover letter will be prepared and forwarded
to you by fax or e-mail.
The preparation of your résumé is a two-way interactive process. The Résumé
Specialists will send you an initial draft of the résumé for your review. We expect
you to make changes, corrections, or modifications. After reviewing the draft of
